The Huai Tower in Huai'an Town is a landmark building in the ancient city of Huai'an. The locals call it the "Drum Tower". The entire building has a solid structure, rich style, beautiful shape, and strong national characteristics. Now the Huai Tower in the town has been turned into the exhibition hall of the Huai'an District Museum. Zhenhuai Tower is located in the center of Huai'an District, facing south from the north, with a height of 18.5 meters. There are arches and abutments at the lower part of the building, and square brick steps on the east and west sides. Above the abutment is a two-story brick-wood structure high-rise building, which houses the Huai'an Chuzhou Historical and Cultural Exhibition Hall. The Zhenhuai Tower is on a central axis with the Governor's Water Transport Department, the China Water Transport Museum, and the Huai'an Government Office, and tourists can visit it together.
One kilometer away from Zhenhuai Tower is the famous Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall. It takes 5-6 minutes by car or only 20 minutes on foot.

Self-driving route: In Huai'an City, take Xiangyu Avenue → Chuzhou Avenue → Zhenhuailou East Road; from other provinces and cities, take the Huaixu Expressway/Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and exit from Huai'an District.
