Ili Nalati Grassland is located in Nalati Town, Xinyuan County, Ili Prefecture, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, with a total area of 400 square kilometers and an average altitude of 1,800 meters. Recommended itinerary for a two-day tour of Nalati Scenic Spot:
Day 1: Take a tour bus from Yining to Nalati Grassland in the morning. It takes about 4 hours to arrive at the scenic spot. The tour lasts 2 hours, passing through the original small-leaf white forest. → The scenery of Gongnaisi River Valley, visiting Wusun Ancient Tombs → Gongnaisi Prairie, visiting Nalati Aerial Prairie, and experiencing grassland folk customs;
The next day: Take a bus from Yining to Sailimu Lake in the morning. Visit Sailimu Lake (tour time: 2.5 hours), see the Qigou Flying Bridge and Guozigou → the hometown of lavender in China, visit the Horgos Port → holiday manor, experience the folk customs, the scenery of the Ili River Bridge, and end the happy journey .
Best time to visit:
The best tourist season for Nalati Grassland is generally from July to October, when the grass is already very dense. It is indeed beautiful here, especially the mountains here, which are green and furry everywhere. From a distance, they look like they are covered with a very big "blanket". The best time to come here is in August and September.

How to get there:
The number of shuttle buses from Yining to Nalati is very small, and tickets are difficult to buy. You can buy tickets for Xinyuan first, and then transfer to Nalati.

Nalati ticket prices:
Adult tickets: 80 yuan; children's tickets are free.
Other discounts:
1. Active military personnel, senior citizens over 65 years old, persons with disabilities, children under 1.2 meters in height, and accompanying persons with valid IDs are free of charge;
2. In-service teachers, college students, and primary and secondary school students can enjoy a 50% discount on the approved ticket price when entering the scenic spot with valid ID;
3. Tourists will not be charged for the second time they enter the scenic spot within 3 days. Tickets and the second trip to the scenic spot shuttle bus cost 10 yuan per person.
