Heilihe Forest Area is located in a forest area 82 kilometers away from the Ningcheng County People's Government, with an area of 820,000 acres of natural secondary forest. The original forest animal and plant divisions in the forest area are located in the transition zone of the three major flora and fauna of Mongolia-Xinjiang District, North China District, and Northeast District. It is rich in plant resources, including the leopard and golden eagle, national first-level protected animals, and 777 species of plants have been discovered.
