The Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall is a memorial hall built in memory of Cao Xueqin, the author of the Chinese classic "A Dream of Red Mansions", on the original site of Wu Mansion, a Qing Dynasty building in Liaoyang, his hometown.

The Wu Mansion where the Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall is located was built in the Qing Dynasty and covers an area of ​​1,365 square meters. It is a two-entry courtyard with 21 hard-mounted tile-roofed houses. At the front door of the memorial hall, there is a golden plaque of "Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall" inscribed by Feng Qiyong, a famous "Red Studies" expert. There is a statue of Cao Xueqin in the courtyard. There are couplets in each exhibition room. The historical archives of the Cao family and the poems of Cao Xueqin's grandfather Cao Yin are inscribed in Liaoyang Qianshan. As well as a series of documentary materials such as Cao's family tree and Qing palace archives, it is shown that Cao Xueqin's ancestral home is Liaoyang. In addition, versions of "Dream of Red Mansions" and calligraphy and paintings by national famous artists based on "Dream of Red Mansions" are also displayed.
