The Qinglong Mountain Scenic Area in Luan County has been regarded as a holy place by both Buddhism and Taoism in history. Every site and landscape has a beautiful myth, legend and historical allusion, and contains a large amount of folklore and religious culture. Qinglong Mountain, known as Qingliang Mountain and Jielong Mountain in ancient times, is one of the three famous mountains along with Jieshi Mountain and Panshan Mountain. The scenic area is dotted with peaks and winding paths. There are steep cliffs and blurred seas of clouds. The sea-viewing tower on the top of the mountain has been praised by literati of all ages. Qinglong Mountain is located on the northwest side of Luan County, about 50 kilometers away from Tangshan City. Qinglong Mountain is mainly divided into three areas: the foot of the mountain, the hiking trail and the top of the mountain. The main peak, Niangniang Peak, is 439.5 meters above sea level. There are Taoist temples and temples such as Sanxiao Temple, Yangu Temple, and Caishen Temple.
