Scenic spot introduction:
Jiulong Waterfall Group is the largest waterfall group landscape in China. It has the reputation of "Ten Waterfalls in Jiulong and Unique in South China". It is located on the Jiulong River 22 kilometers east of Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province. On the approximately 4-kilometer-long river, 10 large and small waterfalls are formed due to differences in landforms. Either majestic, steep, beautiful, or soothing, the beauty is overwhelming and incomparable. The scenic spot has rich landscapes, concentrated scenic spots, outstanding features and charming scenery; the scenic spots are majestic, dangerous, strange and beautiful, with a good combination; the shallows, deep pools among the waterfalls are in various shapes and colors, and the scenery changes endlessly with the seasons and water flow.Attractions distribution:
Kowloon Falls falls in 10 levels, with an average annual flow of 18 cubic meters per second. The waterfalls at all levels have different shapes, which may be majestic, steep, or beautiful. The scenery changes endlessly with the seasons and flow. The waterfalls at all levels are connected by shallow or deep pools. Among them, the most spectacular "Shenlong Waterfall" has a height of 56 meters and a width of 112 meters. The waterfall surface is curved. There is a water curtain cave about 10 meters deep behind the waterfall. Under the waterfall is an unfathomable circular pool. It is hidden among the layers of mountains and has endless wonderful scenery. The beautiful scenery is like a peerless beauty living in a secluded boudoir. The second waterfall, known as "Lover's Waterfall", is 43 meters high and 39 meters wide. The pool under the waterfall is deep and quiet. The remaining Shilong Waterfall and the Third Waterfall of Kowloon each have their own characteristics. Bisitan Lake, Crescent Lake and Playing Pool are also very pleasing to the eye. Best time to visit:
The best time to travel is from February to September; from late February to early March every year, Luoping rapeseed flowers bloom at their peak. At this time, the water color of Jiulong Waterfall is
emerald green, with moderate water volume, which is very charming. In summer, the waterfall has a large volume of water and is magnificent.

How to get there:
From the parking lot on the south side of Luoping County Passenger Transport Station, take the shuttle bus to Banqiao (fare 5 yuan), which takes about 30 minutes. Then transfer to a minibus to Kowloon Waterfall
(fare 5 yuan), which takes 20 minutes.
