Scenic spot introduction:

Xiayang Ancient Town in Nanping is one of the best-protected ancient towns in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, with a history of more than 1,000 years. The market town is surrounded by Yuping Mountain and Zhaoke Mountain, and Futun River passes through it. The two mountains and one water are called the gorge, and the mountain to the south and the water to the north are called Zhiyang, hence the name. There are many places of interest and historical sites in the ancient town, and there are more than 200 buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is a good place to appreciate the historical charm.

How to get there:

Driving route: Drive along Bayi Road, then turn slightly left onto Renmin Road, turn right onto Jiangbin Middle Road, take the 3rd exit towards the expressway/Nanping New Bridge, turn slightly left onto Jiangbin South Road, Go straight onto G205 and finally turn slightly right onto G316.
