Ninghua, the ancestral land of the Hakkas, is known as "there are big locust trees in the north and Shibei Village in the south". The scenic spot is located at the eastern foot of Wuyi Mountain at the junction of Fujian and Jiangxi, and Shiji Village, Shibi Town, 22 kilometers west of Ninghua County, Fujian. Shibi is the cradle and ancestral home of the Hakka people.
