Angel Falls (Spanish: Kerepakupay Vená, English: Angel Falls), also known as Churun Meru Falls, is the world's largest waterfall and one of the world's twelve largest waterfalls. Angel Falls is hidden deep in the dense forests of the plateaus of Venezuela and Guyana in South America. The Churun River falls straight down from the steep wall of the flat-topped plateau Auyan-tepui Mountain, almost without touching the steep cliff. The drop is 979.6 meters, which is about 18 times the height of Niagara Falls.Attractions distribution:
The waterfall is divided into two levels, first cascading down 807 meters, landing on a rock shelf, and then falling another 172 meters, landing in a large pool 152 meters wide at the foot of the mountain. Sightseeing: On the way up the Callao River, visitors can see the primitive ancient forests on both sides of the river, and admire the silver waterfalls cascading down like water curtains; they can also go hiking in the jungle and visit Indian villages. Accommodation: At the Mouse Island camp below the waterfall, you can sleep in a hammock. Older people with bad backs can consider bringing a tent or air mattress. Tents cannot be set up in many places around Angel Falls, but you can at the Mouse Island camp.

How to get there:
There are two flights a day from Maiquetia International Airport near the capital Caracas to the "Canaima" tourist area, and then take a yacht up the Kao River to the waterfall area. Because there is no land access, the only way to see its panoramic and mysterious majesty is by plane.
