Seoul World Cup Stadium is Asia's largest football-specific sports venue. It is located in Mapo District, Seoul, South Korea. It is a football stadium dedicated to football matches. The stadium was built for the 2002 World Cup and opened in December 2001. It can accommodate 67,000 people. The Seoul World Cup Stadium was the venue for the opening ceremony and the first match of the 2002 World Cup between France and the Senegal national football team. It was also the venue for the semi-finals between South Korea and Germany. After the 2002 World Cup, the Seoul World Cup Stadium continued to be used as a venue for the Korean national football team to compete. Since 2004, the Seoul World Cup Stadium has also been the home stadium of FC Seoul Football Club and has a shopping mall at the bottom of the stadium.

13-64 years old: 1,000 won, under 12 years old and over 65 years old: 500 won.

Scenic area opening hours:

9:00-17:00 in winter and 9:00-18:00 in summer (free during Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival).
