Scenic spot introduction:

Ankang Hydropower Station is one of the top ten hydropower station projects in my country. The hydropower station dam is known as the "No. 1 Dam in Shaanxi". It is located in the upper reaches of the main stream of the Han River, 18 kilometers west of Ankang City, Shaanxi Province. It is a large-scale hydropower hub project that mainly focuses on power generation and also has comprehensive benefits such as shipping, flood control, breeding, and tourism. The total length of the dam crest is 541.5 meters, and the dam height is 128 meters. The Han River, which has roared for three thousand miles, was cut off at the middle of the Huoshi Rock, causing it to flow out of the Pinghu Lake. When the floodgate releases water, a huge water column spurts out from the gate hole. Under the pressure and inertia of the vast blue lake water, it falls in a parabola shape into the downstream river bed, roaring and splashing, like thousands of horses galloping and leaping, like a dragon. Overturning the river and the sea, it has the tendency of the Yellow River falling from the sky and moving towards the East China Sea, forming a magnificent three-dimensional picture that is breathtaking and exciting.
