Sandaoyan is located in Pixian County on the outskirts of Chengdu, only 22 kilometers away from the urban area. There are two rivers passing through the ancient town. Sandaoyan folk customs:
1. Burning lanterns: On the night of the 15th day of the first lunar month, the town will organize → a large dragon lantern team, walk from the beginning to the end of the venue, and let people on both sides of the street burn the lanterns with gunpowder bamboo tubes Sparks are used to burn dragon lanterns and dragon dancers.
2. Dragon Boat Festival: The most important festival for Sandaoyan people besides the Spring Festival. On this day every year, guests from almost every house come to visit the Duanyang Festival in Sandaoyan. They also eat rice dumplings, race dragon boats, and wear five-color silk water chestnuts.

How to get there:
Bus route: You can take bus 305 or 320 at Jinsha Station to reach Pixian Passenger Transport Center, then transfer to bus 363 to reach Sandaoyan; or take bus 365 at Jiulidi Bus Station to reach Sandaoyan directly.
Self-driving route: Chengdu can reach Sandaoyan via Shaxi Line or Laochengguan Road → Pipeng Road, and the drive takes less than 30 minutes.
