Scenic spot introduction:

Xinglong Temple in Shenzhou, Hebei Province is one of the most unique Buddhist Zen temples in North China. It is the oldest and largest temple in Shenzhou. The Xinglong Temple has splendid temples, new golden sculptures, and solemn treasures. The imitation Tang Dynasty architecture embodies the architectural style of Buddhist classical architecture with square planes, north-south central axis layout, symmetry, stability, and rigorous organization. It is a scene of a Buddhist wonderland. Looking at the Zen courtyard from a distance, it is like a paradise on earth, like Guanyin Bodhisattva meditating, the Taoism is awe-inspiring, inheriting the ancient style; looking around, there are no miscellaneous trees among the peach trees, the fragrant grass is delicious, the fallen flowers are colorful, and the scenery is pleasant.

Xinglong Temple is located in Qinghuitou Village, Dong'anzhuang Township, Shenzhou City, Hengshui City, surrounded by thousands of acres of peachland. The core of the temple is the Guanyin Hall. In front of the hall, there are white marble reliefs of nine dragons playing in the water, royal roads and elephant stone carvings. There are giant murals of Guanyin Bodhisattva in the hall; in the courtyard stands the white marble South China Sea Guanyin Buddha statue. There are also antique buildings such as Ksitigarbha Hall, Zhaitang, and dormitories in the surrounding area.
