Daji Mountain in Yantai is one of the five Taoist mountains in China and the birthplace of Taoist culture. From the pre-Qin Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty, Taoists practiced in this valley, so the locals called it Taoist Valley. It is also the largest valley Taoist temple in the country. Daji Mountain has been around since ancient times, carrying the baptism of wind and rain and the changes of the years. It is the most mysterious and legendary fairy peak and beautiful valley in Donglai Mountain.
