The Zhejiang Provincial Museum was originally the largest comprehensive humanities museum in Zhejiang Province integrating collection, display, and research, with a collection of more than 100,000 cultural relics. Among them are pottery, lacquerware, woodware, boneware and ivory products from the Hemudu Culture, jades and silk fabrics from the Liangzhu Culture, bronzes from the Yue Kingdom, celadon from the Yue Kiln, Longquan Kiln, Southern Song Dynasty Guan Kiln and other kiln mouths, Kuaiji mirrors and Huzhou mirrors, The works of calligraphers and painters from Zhejiang in the Ming and Qing Dynasties are all famous treasures. The Zhejiang Provincial Museum building is a combination of single buildings and corridors with strong Jiangnan characteristics. The pavilions and pavilions are connected by corridors, sitting quietly among the lakes and mountains, becoming another dazzling cultural tourist attraction in Hangzhou.
