Anjiang Agricultural School Memorial Park is located in Xibian Village, Anjiang, covering an area of 310 acres. The Memorial Park retains various teaching and scientific research facilities built between 1939 and 1986, such as Yuan Longping’s former residence, office building, teaching building, old laboratory building, teacher and student dormitories, school motto, hybrid rice greenhouse, library, Yintang, Experimental fields, swimming pools, etc. The courtyard has both natural and cultural landscapes. Various trees such as ancient camphor trees and ginkgo trees can be seen everywhere. It is known as a rare botanical garden. How to get there:
Bus route: You can take the train to Huaihua, get off the train and transfer to the long-distance bus to Anjiang at South Bus Station, then take a taxi, which is about 10 minutes away.
Self-driving route: Exit the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway from the Hongjiang District/Anjiang/S222 exit and drive along S222 → Daoxiang Road → Daoyuan North Road. There are signs along the roadside.
