Introduction to the Seal Garden: The seals on Chang Island are very famous because there is a seal reef here. Around November every year, a large number of wild harbor seals depart from high latitudes and arrive on Long Island on time in March of the following year. April to June every year is the best time to watch wild seals. It doesn't matter if you miss the opportunity, because there is also a "Seal Garden" where seals are raised in Crescent Bay Park.
