Ningbo Qing'an Guild Hall is one of the eight major Tianhou Palaces and seven major conference halls in China. It is the only existing ancient building complex in Jiangnan that integrates the Tianhou Palace and the Guild Hall. Qing'an Guild Hall is located on the east bank of Sanjiangkou in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It was built for ship merchants traveling to the North Sea from Yongbu. It was first built in the 30th year of Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1850) and completed in the 3rd year of Xianfeng reign (1853). It is both a place for worship and sacrifice. The palace of Queen Mazu is also a gathering place for shipping merchants and aviation industry. Today, the Qing'an Guild Hall has been transformed into the country's first maritime folk museum open to the public.

There are more than 1,000 pieces of vermilion wood carvings, and more than 200 pieces of brick carvings and stone carvings. , embodies the highest level of "Three Carvings" craftsmanship in eastern Zhejiang during the Qing Dynasty, and is an important cultural relic of the "Maritime Silk Road".
