Introduction to the Guangdong Guild Hall: The Guangdong Guild Hall was built in the 11th year of Qianlong's reign (1746) with donations from the Hakkas from Guangdong. It is dedicated to Huineng, the Sixth Patriarch of Zen Buddhism, and is called "Nanhua Palace".
The Guangdong Guild Hall faces north to south. The main building consists of a stage, music tower, ear tower and front, middle and back halls. It is arranged symmetrically on the central axis and has a compound courtyard structure. The total construction area is 3310 square meters. It is currently the best preserved in the country. One of the largest guild halls, its wind-fire wall architectural style is unique in Sichuan and has become a landmark building in Luodai Ancient Town.
