Anqing Rapeseed Lake Wetland Park is one of only two bald crane wintering grounds in the world, and is also the most important waterfowl wintering ground on the north bank of the Yangtze River in Anhui. The wetland is located in Songyang and is home to swan geese, little swans, and white-headed cranes. It is one of the migration channels for birds such as white cranes and oriental white storks. How to get there:
Bus route: Take the Jushishan express bus in the city and get off at Luochong intersection, and then walk to the wetland. Or take a long-distance bus to Songyang County and then take a taxi.
Self-driving route: Take Provincial Highway 228 to Luochong or turn onto Provincial Highway 320 to Yutan Township.
