How to get there:

Take the shuttle bus from Xining Long-distance Bus Station to Huangnanzhou, Qinghai Province (there are seven direct buses a day to Tongren, the first bus is at 7:30 and the last bus is at 17:30). The fare is 23 yuan per person and the journey takes about 4 hours.

There are several shuttle buses to Longwu from the long-distance bus station in Jishi Town, Xunhua County every day. In addition, the shuttle buses to Linxia and Xiahe also pass through Tongren.

There are a large number of taxis and motorcycle taxis waiting for passengers in front of Tongren Long-distance Bus Station. Taking a taxi in the town costs 3 yuan.
