Dolmabahe Palace (Dolmabahe Palace) introduction: Built in the mid-19th century, it has exquisite architecture and is famous for its exquisite carvings and gorgeous murals, chandeliers and decorations. It is called the New Palace because it is similar to the Topkapi Palace built in the 15th century, while the latter is called the Old Palace. The new palace has many large and small living rooms, like a maze. All doors, windows and ceilings are elaborately decorated, in some places with gold accents. The largest hall is supported by 56 columns, and hangs a huge crystal chandelier weighing 4.5 tons and composed of 750 lamp bead crystals.
