Introduction to Yanling Yongning Bridge: Yongning Bridge is located at Shangbaichang Shuikou, Yanling Management Area, Gaotian Town, Shicheng County, about 60 kilometers away from the county seat. It is a typical pavilion-style tile bridge. The bridge body is made of granite and spans the stream. It is 30 meters long, 5.3 meters wide and 10.6 meters span. It was built in the third year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1738). In the fifth year of Tongzhi (1866), a pavilion was built on the bridge to worship the statue of Guan Yu. The pavilion was divided into five sections, with the middle section being the highest and the two sides descending step by step. A temple was built in the middle section with wooden benches on both sides for people to rest. The whole bridge has a simple layout and is a unique building in the southern mountainous area.
