Introduction to the Immortal Reading Cave: is a small stone chamber with two connected rooms. According to legend, it is the place where Guanyin Bodhisattva reads and chants sutras. There is a spring under the cave where she washes ink. There is a stone-shaped inkstone in the distance and a square-stone penholder for her to sharpen ink and put down her pen. It is also said that this is Wang Anshi's reading cave. According to legend, when he went to Dajue Mountain, he found a natural cave not far from the temple, so he read here and left his writings.
