Introduction to Zeng Shan’s former residence: Zeng Shan joined the Communist Party of China in October 1926 and served successively as a member of the Special Committee of Western Jiangxi, Chairman of the Soviet Government of Southwest Jiangxi, Chairman of the Soviet Government of Jiangxi Province, and Deputy Mayor of Shanghai. After liberation, he served as deputy director of the Central Financial and Economic Commission, minister of transportation, and minister of interior. He died in Beijing due to illness in 1972. Zeng Shan's former residence is where Zeng Shan worked and lived during the "February 7th" meeting. He did a lot of preparatory work and research for the smooth convening of the "February 7th" meeting, which promoted the birth of the "February 7th Land Law".
