Yangcheng Manghe Macaque National Nature Reserve is located in Yangcheng County in the southeast of Shanxi Province and at the eastern end of Zhongtiao Mountain. It is a forest and wild animal type nature reserve that mainly protects macaques and subtropical vegetation. It was approved by the State Council in 1998. National nature reserve. The reserve is 15 kilometers long from east to west and 9 kilometers wide from north to south, with a total area of 5,573 hectares.
