Introduction to Rudaki Monument: is located in the northeast corner of Dushanbe City. Abdullah Rudaki (AD 860-941) was born in the Pinzhiken District of Tajikistan. He served as the chief court poet of the Samanid Dynasty for more than 40 years and wrote 130,000 two-line poems in his life. His poems are full of love for the working people and praise rationality and kindness. He is considered the founder of Tajik-Persian literature.
