Introduction to the Presidential Palace of India: The Rashtrapati Bhavan, formerly known as the Victoria Palace, is located on Rajpath (Raj Avenue) west of the India Gate. It is one of the landmark buildings in New Delhi. Its appearance combines Mughal and Western styles, with a large area and more than 300 rooms and Mughal-style gardens. The water lily fountain in the garden is very famous. The presidential palace is flanked by government offices.
Transportation: Take the Yellow Line or Purple Line and get off at Central Secretariat Station.
