Introduction to the City Hall: The construction date of the City Hall can be traced back to the 3rd century BC, when the ruler at that time was Augustus. It was renovated in the 3rd century AD but unfortunately was destroyed at the end of the 4th century. The hall was originally divided into several different offices, decorated with black and white marble. Each hall has a shrine of the goddess Hestia.
