Longwantan Forest Park is located in the Nanxi River Scenic Area in the east of Yongjia County, with a total area of ​​1,650.8 hectares (mu) and a forest coverage rate of 95.2%. The park integrates waterfalls, pools, streams, lakes, peaks and rocks, and has 51 natural landscapes of various types. Among them, the most highlighted landscapes include Qizhe Waterfall, Wulian Waterfall, Camel Peak, Sanqu Waterfall, Shizhu Rock, Buthang Rock, Longtan, Peacock Worshiping Immortals, Stone Wall, etc. At the same time, there are 1,016 species of vascular plants in the park, including rare and endangered protected species such as nanmu and yew.

How to get there:

1. Bus route:

The park is located in the Nanxi River Scenic Area. There are rural minibuses that shuttle between major attractions and major towns:

1. Train: Take the train Get off at Yongjia Station and take the Yongjia Urban and Rural Bus to reach Nanxi River Scenic Area, which takes about an hour.

2. Airplane: After flying to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, take a taxi to Anlanting Pier, then take the ferry to Oubei, and take the minibus in the direction of Yantou at the small passenger terminal next to the pier to Nan Xijiang Scenic Area.

3. Passenger bus:

A- Departing from Wenzhou: take the passenger bus to Anlanting Pier, then take the ferry to Oubei, and take the Yantou direction at the small passenger station next to the pier. CMB to Nanxi River Scenic Area.

B- Departing from Hangzhou and Shanghai: Take the passenger bus to Yongjia County, then transfer to urban and rural buses to reach the Nanxi River Scenic Area. It takes about 4 hours from Hangzhou and 7 hours from Shanghai.



2. Self-driving route: Get off the Zhuyong Expressway from the Fenglin Expressway intersection and follow the signs to the scenic spot; or take the Ningbo-Taiwan Expressway, get off the Yandangshan Expressway intersection and transfer Yannan Highway leads directly to the scenic spot.
