Introduction to the main hall of the Confucian Temple (site): It is a building with double eaves on the top of the mountain. The main hall was built in the early Ming Dynasty. It is seven rooms wide and three rooms deep. It has 24 columns in total. It has a construction area of 632.4 square meters and a height of 17 meters. It has a glazed tile roof, brackets under the eaves, one pillar, three tweens, and sloping corners. The arches are all made by three copies, double under and eight auxiliary works. There is a platform in front of the hall, which is made of green bricks with stone strips on the sides. It is 1.5 meters high and 36.3 meters wide. The Dacheng Hall was originally the largest preserved Confucian temple building in Hebei Province.
