Scenic spot introduction:
During the Anti-Japanese War, the Eighth Route Army Headquarters was stationed here three times. The former site of the Eighth Route Army Headquarters is located in a group of buildings in the northeast of the village consisting of the Jade Emperor Temple, the Buddha Temple, the Niangniang Temple, and the Li Family Ancestral Hall. It faces north to south and covers an area of 10,000 square meters. It has a traditional northern architectural style. During the Anti-Japanese War, Eighth Route Army leaders such as Commander-in-Chief Zhu De, Deputy Commander-in-Chief Peng Dehuai and Deputy Chief of General Staff Zuo Quan lived and fought here, and conducted great revolutionary practices. It served as the command center for the liberated areas in North China. In July 1940, Deputy Commander-in-Chief Peng, Deputy Chief of General Staff Zuo Quan, Director Luo Ruiqing, and leaders of the Eighth Route Army such as Liu Bocheng, Deng Xiaoping, and Xu Xiangqian deployed and directed the "Hundred Regiments War" that shocked China and the world, breaking the Japanese "cage" Policy" contained a large number of enemy troops, hindered the Japanese army from attacking our rear area, and curbed the undercurrent of compromise and surrender at that time.Scenic spot features:

1. Bus route:
Bus: Changzhi Passenger Transport Center has a shuttle bus to Wuxiang every 30 minutes from 6:30-17:00 every day; the fare is about 24 yuan/person; Taiyuan Jiannan Bus Station every day There is a bus to Wuxiang County every 30 minutes from 6:30-16:00. It takes about an hour by highway and 3 hours by national highway.
2. Self-driving route:
Erguang Expressway → Shiduan Line → Wangxiang Line → X652 → X650 → Old Site.
