It is a multi-functional building that integrates preaching, display, practice and Buddhist scriptures. The building combines modern elevators and mechanical and electrical equipment. Its internal functions include the Hall of Ten Thousand Buddhas on the main floor and the multi-functional hall on the ground floor, the Dharma hall, abbot's room and meditation hall on the second and third floors, as well as the ordination altar and sutra collection pavilion on the fourth and fifth floors.
