Xinjiang Kanas Scenic Area is located in the middle section of the Altai Mountains in northern Xinjiang. It is located in the golden zone bordering China, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Mongolia. The natural ecological landscape and cultural landscape have always maintained their original features and are known as the "Pure Land on Earth." In the spring, Kanas Mountain is full of flowers and luxuriant grass; in summer, Kanas is lush and lush, with rippling lakes; in autumn, Kanas is full of dyed forests and aqua-colored jasper; in winter, Kanas is covered in silver and ice-clear. The scenery of Sri Lanka changes with the four seasons and changes with the climate.Kanas Lake also has many ancient legends, the most famous of which is the "lake monster". Recommended itinerary for a classic one-day tour of Altay:
In the morning, take a bus in downtown Altay to Hualin Park. Visit Hualin Park. Here, birch forests grow everywhere, with majestic and colorful shores. The streams in the forest are clear, the grass is luxuriant, and the scenery is wild and natural. After lunch, in the afternoon, drive to Xiaodonggou Forest Park, about 10 kilometers away from the city. In the evening, return to the city and end the day's trip.

How to get there:
Aircraft: Altay Airport is located southwest of Altay City, 10 kilometers away from the city center.
Highway: The Altay region long-distance bus station is located at No. 16 Tuanjie Road. It is connected to Urumqi and other counties in the region by passenger buses.
Car rental: Rent a car from Urumqi to Altay (Urumqi-Colorful City-Altay). The one-way cost for an ordinary Santana is about 1,000 yuan, and for an off-road vehicle is about 1,400 yuan.
You usually need to charter a car to travel between scenic spots. The most common ones are Jinbei or Changhe vans and jeeps.
