There are newspapers and magazines of various types and periods on the first floor. There are reading rooms for social sciences and literature (including Mongolian) on the second floor. In addition, the third floor is the foreign language reading room and electronic reading room, and the fourth floor is the library collection room and the reference rooms of each college. The fifth floor is an office building. In addition, the library also has the functions of academic exchange and research. The library is closed every Thursday afternoon. It is open until 9:30 in the evening for students to study or read.
