Introduction to the Holy Water Well: The water in the Holy Water Well comes from Wofo Mountain. This mountain is named Holy Water Mountain because of the water in the mountain. The water source is halfway up the mountain. There are three platforms on the mountain, each with a well, all of which were dug in the Liao Dynasty. The well known as Kudzu well to the east of the Buddha platform, the well named Longquan well near Miaoshan Pavilion, and the holy water well close to Shanfu Temple are seen in the distance. The holy water well is also the daily water well for lamas. The water in the well is sweet and cold. It does not dry out in dry weather or overflows in wet weather. It will never dry up.
