Introduction to the Three-Faced Guanyin: In the center of the Water Lotus Square on the east side of the mountain gate of the Zhaomiao Scenic Area, there stands a white marble three-sided Guanyin statue. One side faces north, praying for good weather and prosperity in the Wanli grassland; one side faces south, blessing those who come to worship all the best; the other side faces east, holding a purifying bottle to sprinkle nectar on the holy water lake and give it to the world. On the outside of this three-faced Avalokitesvara throne, there are carved images of the thirty-two incarnations of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, which is unique to the Zhaomiao Scenic Area.
