Introduction to the tomb of Marshal Nie Rongzhen: Marshal Nie Rongzhen is the founder of China’s national defense and military industry. Dongfeng Aerospace City is the Feng Shui treasure land he personally selected. In 1992, Marshal Nie died of illness at the age of 93, and some of his ashes were buried here. In order to commemorate him, General Secretary Jiang Zemin personally wrote the 13 characters "Comrade Nie Rongzhen will always be with us" on the monument to Marshal Nie's tomb, and the famous calligrapher Li Guoxiang wrote the monument inscription for him.
