The western Sichuan alpine grassland is centered on the Litang, Garze, Xinlong, Baiyu, and Batang grasslands, covering an area of 70,000 square kilometers, and is located in the central part of Garze Prefecture, Sichuan. The grassland is 3800-4500 meters above sea level. The mountain plains and hilly plateau landforms are fully developed, flat and broad. In summer, affected by the warm and humid air currents of the Indian Ocean, the water and heat conditions are good. The sunny slopes and mountain plains are covered with gorgeous subalpine meadows and alpine meadows, and their grassland beauty is one of the best among the Qinghai-Tibet alpine grasslands.Attractions distribution:
The western Sichuan grassland is also my country's traditional grassland pastoral area. Here there are yaks, the boat of the plateau. The grassland is also rich in precious medicinal materials such as cordyceps, caladium and ginseng fruit. A bird's-eye view of the grassland in western Sichuan looks like a sea of green, with no exposed loess visible. How to get there:
Garze Prefecture is the same as Aba Prefecture. Although the jurisdictions of each county are large, the county seat is not large, so except for long-distance buses, there are no
buses in the city. If you want to visit various scenic spots, you can usually walk if you want to visit them nearby, or take a rickshaw, rent a car, or take a ride if you want to visit some of the farther places.
