Introduction to the Shenyang World Expo: The Shenyang World Expo was built on the original site of the Shenyang Botanical Garden. It was the venue for the 2006 World Horticultural Exposition and was the largest expo among all the previous "World Horticultural Expositions". It covers an area of 2.46 square kilometers and consists of 53 domestic exhibition parks, 23 international exhibition parks and 24 special exhibition parks.
