Introduction to the plaques: There are eight gilded plaques with "imperial inscriptions" written by emperors of the Qing Dynasty praising Confucius and Confucius hanging in the hall, including Kangxi's "Teacher for Eternity", Yongzheng's "The People Have Not Been Born", Qianlong's "Together with heaven and earth", until Guangxu's "gentle and graceful".
