Introduction to the Party Founding Monument: The Party Founding Monument was built in 1995 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Workers’ Party, with the party emblem as the symbol. The hammer held in the left fist represents the working class, the sickle held in the right fist represents the peasant class, and the brush held in the middle fist represents the intellectuals. On the base of the monument is written "Long live the Workers' Party of Korea, the creator and guide of all victories of the Korean people." The ring symbolizes the people's unity around the Workers' Party of Korea, and the red building behind it is the famous red flag building area.
