Introduction to Crouching Tiger Ridge: There is a mountain ridge to the north of Sansheng Peak. From a distance, it looks like a naive tiger lying on the top of the mountain. It is lifelike. Legend has it that once upon a time there was a tiger who became an immortal through cultivation and often played in the mountains. One day, when he saw the immortal energy lingering in the mountains, he climbed over the cliff to find the source. When he went to the front of the mountain, he found that the Supreme Master was refining elixirs. It hurriedly paid homage to seek enlightenment from the Taoist ancestors. Taishang Laojun said: "This is the holy land of immortals and Buddhas. You can be a great god guarding the mountain here and guard my three alchemy scriptures. When the purple light from the east shines on the Western Mountain, a saint will come here to achieve success. You Pass the scriptures to him for me, and he will become enlightened." The Tiger Immortal happily agreed and stayed in the mountain, waiting for the arrival of the saint day after day. With the passage of time, it gradually turned into a mountain ridge, which is today's "Crouching Tiger Ridge", guarding the Three Sacred Peaks.
