Introduction to Guanyin Pavilion: Guanyin Pavilion is located halfway up the southern foot of Mount Gaoer and consists of upper and lower courtyards. The temple was built in the 3rd year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in 1994. It is a provincial cultural relic protection unit. Guanyin Pavilion is a religious activity site approved by the Liaoning Provincial Religious Affairs Bureau. It has a high influence on the Buddhist community in Fushun City and is now the seat of the Fushun City Buddhist Association.
