General Assembly Hall Introduction: The General Assembly Hall is the largest room in the United Nations, with more than 1,800 seats. It is the only conference room in the United Nations with the United Nations emblem. There are no gifts from member states in the General Assembly Hall, only an abstract mural on each side presented by an anonymous person. The General Assembly Hall is where 193 Member States gather to discuss the pressing issues of our time, since most issues involve many countries or continents and therefore require international cooperation.
