Introduction to the Space Needle: The Space Needle is a major landmark in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. It is located in the city center of Seattle and holds a fireworks display during the New Year. It was designed for the 1962 World's Fair. The 520-foot-high observation deck and revolving restaurant provide a 360-degree panoramic view of Seattle, including Mt. Rainier, Olympic National Park ( Olympic National Park) and Puget Sound, etc.
