The Busuli Villa Tourist Area is located in a mountain valley on the tributary of the Gan River in the Greater Khingan Mountains. It was formerly known as Gasiangou Military Base. It is the largest comprehensive logistics military base in Northeast China. In 1999, the troops withdrew from the military base and handed it over to local authorities. Since the area has a typical cold temperate continental climate, the vegetation is mainly larch and mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forests, with lush aquatic plants and various birds and animals. The mountains are round and deformed, making it suitable for tourism development.

The villa covers an area of ​​23.4 square kilometers, including a 50,000 square meter lake, 100,000 square meters of lawn, 20,000 wild trees, a 5,000 square meter hotel, a 400 square meter restaurant, two 600 square meter villas, and a 600 square meter bathing area. There are 110 guest room beds, a restaurant that can accommodate more than 200 people dining at the same time, and a leisure club specifically for tourists' entertainment.
