I have written about the itinerary of northwest Yunnan before, but I found that a collection is missing and needs to be filled in.

Lijiang twelve years ago had a vaguely simple appearance

Yubeng: The place closest to God

In the spring of 2006, a friend in Yunnan mentioned Yubeng to me. After chatting, I dug out a map, did some research, and decided to make this place a destination. By the way, there are also Lijiang, Tiger Leaping Gorge and Feilai Temple.

This was the first long-term trip I took, and it was also the beginning of a series of trips in the future.

Before traveling, I bought my first SLR: Canon 350D. Carrying this seemingly crude machine on my back, I took a lot of crappy photos.

Lijiang is a good place. I stayed there for two or three days and spent every day eating, drinking, shopping, and playing. In the evening, on the mountainside, you can order a bottle of wine produced locally in Yunnan, light a candle, and watch the sky change from pink to dark blue; in the morning, by the stream, you can order a cup of coffee produced locally in Yunnan, and watch the clouds roll by. Shu.

On the day of hiking in Tiger Leaping Gorge, I accidentally met two colleagues. The company prohibits romance between colleagues. They were traveling secretly, but unexpectedly they met me. The moment we met on the highway, I smiled and said, I will keep it a secret for you. Later, the two got married and immigrated to Canada. I wonder if they, who are in a foreign country, still remember the scene under Tiger Leaping Gorge that day?

Then I took the bus and spent a whole day wandering from Zhongdian to Deqin. Looking online, "Once Upon a Time in Meili" is still there, but both Feilai Temple and Yubeng have to pay a fee. Therefore, everything in our country must be dealt with as soon as possible. Money is one thing, but the taste is very different.

Finally, we entered Yubeng Village. The road was not as difficult as expected, and we arrived in a short walk. The scenery is good, but the big bed bugs in the tent at night are more distressing.

After so many years, I was wondering when I should revisit my old place and take another look.
