Autumn sun drying is a typical agricultural custom. In many mountainous areas, farmers hang crops in front of and behind their houses to dry their crops. Nowadays, this custom is gradually fading away. Only Huangling has turned autumn sunbathing into a preserved feature. In addition, there are nearly 200 different ancient buildings in the ancient village. Every household in Huangling has three floors, which is different from the traditional two-story buildings at the foot of the mountain. The third floor is a "drying building" for drying agricultural products.
Huangling is actually an ancient village with a big hotel. All residential buildings, if they are not shops or show flats, then they are definitely hotel rooms. There are a variety of rooms, and there are even single-family ancient houses. Peeking out of the window, you can see that the interior is really antique. So when you book online, if you choose Huangling Meisu, you will live in the village. The hotel rooms only have the most basic facilities, ensuring a good night's sleep and a hot shower. The ticket office is at the bottom of the mountain and Huangling is on the mountain. There are buses to take tourists up. According to the GPS, the ticket check-in point is on the mountainside, and only those staying at the hotel can drive to the mountain parking lot. "Wuyuan" is a collective, including many scattered villages. In Wuyuan, there are many villages that have been over-developed, and there are also many good places that have not been discovered. After leaving Huangling, the friends who gathered for a short time went their separate ways. Some rushed to Shicheng to take pictures of red maples, some went to Likeng, while the small group went to Sixiyan, which is composed of two villages. village.
Sixiyan Village is actually two villages at the front and back, connected by a small river and a road.

We were just passing by to borrow the restroom, and while chatting, he explained to us how to drink chrysanthemums.
The chrysanthemums here were once used as tribute tea, and they also have a very impressive name called "Emperor Ju", which was given by Emperor Guangxu.
Wuyuan HuangjuBrother Taiping and Jin Ren chatted for a while, and everyone sat down unconsciously. Finally, each of them bought a box of royal chrysanthemums and went home. Indeed, has a longer floral aftertaste after drinking it, which is more to my liking than Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum.

After leaving Sixiyan Village, we set off for our accommodation destination for the day – Zhangcun. If Huangling is famous for its autumn sun, then Zhangcun is famous for Banqiao.
Zhangcun itself is not very famous. Unless you are a photography enthusiast, ordinary tourists will not come here. Banqiao + morning fog + boatman + red lantern + village girl = standard for photography. When you wake up in the morning, you will see countless tripods waiting by the river, waiting for the best photography angle. Apart from Banqiao, there is not much to see in Zhangcun, and the village itself is not big, so you can complete the tour in half a day.
What is the biggest treasure of Zhangcun, apart from the Banqiao, is a B&B. The B&B has an interesting name, “见外”, but the service staff inside are not only indifferent, but also very enthusiastic. I accidentally found this B&B online, and it was only because I came here that I could see the view of the bridge in the mist.
The boss brother is from Nanchang and is a veteran. He picks up a glass of wine and talks around the fire in the evening, which is very enjoyable. There is also an Alaskan dog under the same roof - Brother Daqian, it is said that he is the boss of the village, no dog can beat him, but he is extremely docile when he sees us.
The B&B was newly opened, and the whole air was filled with the smell of "freshness" and "cleanness." I felt bad even if the dog lost a hair, so I hurried to pick it up. The decoration is a mix of modern + antiques, which is just what I like as a dog slave.
That night, we were the only family in the entire B&B, and it felt like going home. The food cooked by the aunt in the store is very delicious, salty, fresh and spicy. The status of Jiangxi food in my heart has gradually risen to a new level. After returning to Shanghai, I took my friends to eat it for a long time. Jiangxi cuisine, unfortunately, is not as good as eating out.

If you plan to go to Zhangcun to visit Banqiao, it is best to ask the locals for the specific time. Generally speaking, starting from 6 o'clock in the morning, there will be a large number of photography groups waiting for their seats. In my memory, the boss said that when the morning light is good, you can also produce good works. The dog slave secretly believes that looking at the bridge in the mist is the most poetic.
The Banqiao is not long and the river is not wide, but if you take a photo, it will be a painting.
