Tumei: This is a travelogue about Tibet. It was a feedback article from a girl who carpooled through our hotel last year. The full text has a total of 3,000 words, including the ten-day and nine-night itinerary, the thousands of kilometers from Chengdu to Tibet, and the experiences along the way along Route 318, the most beautiful scenic avenue.

Preface

This is a travel diary that was written a year late. Some people say that when you start to reminisce, it means you are old. Of course, it may also be that you are too idle. The epidemic is locked up in my hometown in the countryside. The mountains are high and the roads are far away, except for the mundane affairs. The scary thing is that even the Internet is like a kite flying far away, and it comes and goes.
When I was bored, I flipped through the photo album and looked at the old photos. I was shocked to realize that almost a year had passed since that trip to Tibet. The travel diary I had planned at that time had been delayed for a whole year. If I didn't write it down, it would definitely be a disaster. The trip will not leave any record in my writing except for fleeting memory fragments. Before the memory is far away, I quickly typed this text.
[Travel Notes] 318 Complete Guide to Tibet. The most beautiful scenery on the Sichuan-Tibet Line is here.

Traveling to Tibet alone, I considered train, group tour, and planeseveral routes, but the conditions on the train were too difficult - there were too many people, the smell on the train was bad, and it took more than thirty hours to sit there. this is too scary.
It seems that flying directly to Tibet is no fun. It is said that the most beautiful scenery is on the road. Since we are going to Tibet, missing the famous 318 line seems unforgivable.
In addition, "Your World" was released two years ago, and Daocheng Yading became very popular. So the planned route this time is to go to Chengdu first, and start from Chengdu to visit the scenery of western Sichuan, and then Enter Tibet.
Most of my previous trips were around Zhejiang and I had never been to places too far away, so although I had been planting seeds in Tibet for a long time, I really never dared to go there. I was worried about being unsafe and being blackmailed by the vicious Tibetans, and I was also afraid that the altitude sickness was so serious that the ambulance would not arrive and I would die... I also wanted to wait for my friends to be free, and I was crazy about reading travel notes to see which season was the most beautiful.
Anyway, I couldn't make up my mind after thinking about it for a long time. Then another friend said, just go. This is the true meaning of travel. You don’t have to make an appointment with companions, and you don’t have to wait for the perfect time. There will be regrets and surprises whenever you hit the road. Regrets will always exist, but surprises are the most worth looking forward to.
Well, there are always regrets, surprises are the most worth looking forward to.
Thinking about this, I finally packed my bags and booked a flight ticket to Chengdu.
It turns out that there are always more solutions than problems. I looked around the hornet's nest and finally chose carpooling. This should be the first correct decision I made.
The driver arranged by the hotel is very nice and very nice. It is said that he has been driving the Sichuan-Tibet line for several years. He drives very steadily and is confident on difficult roads. It is probably because he is brave and highly skilled, which is particularly reassuring.
Fortunately, there were two young ladies and a couple among the tourists who were traveling with me. They were both very cute. In less than half a day, we were basically familiar with each other. Most people who love traveling have interesting souls. Don't worry about being bored.
This was the route chosen at the time. Because the peach blossoms had not yet faded in early April, I went to Linzhi.
I should thank that friend here, because if I hesitated for a few more days, Taohua would definitely be defeated.

Chengdu-Hailuogou

day1

In the morning, the master came to pick up people from the hotel, and then set off at 8 o'clock in the morning. Master Dabai was very welcoming. Arrive in Luding around ten o'clock.

It's the Luding bridge that was captured in the textbook by flying over it. It has been reinforced now, not like it was with a few chains before.

But the bridge cables are rickety, and it’s still scary to walk on it.

In the afternoon, we went to Hailuogou. The hotel here provided a free hot spring for bathing, but I didn’t bring a swimsuit. Hahaha, if your friends who go there later want to take a bath, remember to bring a swimsuit.

The scenery of Conch is still very beautiful.

Hailuogou-Xinduqiao

day2

Today we set off from Hailuogou to Kangding, and then to Xinduqiao. There was a girl in the same group who was a photographer. She was most looking forward to Xinduqiao, so we didn’t even see Kangding Red Rock Beach. It was relatively simple there, so we took some pictures. We took some photos and headed to Xinduqiao.

Xinduqiao is known as a paradise for photographers. The world of light and shadow, scattered woods, intertwined vegetation, scattered grazing cattle and sheep, makes it a leisurely and tranquil place.

The photography girl found a guide online and found the better places to take photos of Xinduqiao:

1. After descending from Zheduo Mountain, next to the village at a wide bend;

2. There is a road maintenance roadside 20 kilometers away from Xinduqiao from the direction of Zheduoshan;

3. From the bifurcation of Ying (Guan) Jiu (Dragon) Highway, continue along National Highway 318 on a high slope about 1 kilometer forward;

4. 7 kilometers along Yingjiu Highway towards Kowloon;

5. Exit Xinduqiao Town and head toward Tagong for 2-5 kilometers;

6. On the hillside opposite Gonggar Observation Deck.

If you want to take pictures, you can try these places. You can also look for it yourself. Maybe you can see the beautiful scenery that everyone has lost in some corner.

This is a photo taken by a photographer online. It was deleted due to copyright infringement. It should be an autumn scene, so I really look forward to going there again in autumn.

Xinduqiao-Aden

day3

I am very excited to finally go to the famous Daocheng. But it was already evening when we arrived, so we could only have fun the next day.

[Travel Notes] 318 Complete Guide to Tibet. The most beautiful scenery on the Sichuan-Tibet Line is here.

It was a bit desolate. The weather was not very good that day, so I didn’t take much photos.
The best camera is your eyes, and the best film is your heart.
Anyway, the roads we have traveled and the scenery we have seen are all captured in our eyes. Ten thousand books or ten thousand miles, just like the poems I read when I was a child, they seem to be of no use, but they eventually become part of our souls.

Tagong Grassland.

The sky is so close that you can reach out and pull down a marshmallow-like cloud.

The photos taken are not as impressive as what you see with the naked eye. I highly recommend this attraction! You must try it ~

Daocheng Aden One Day Tour

day4
146ticket+120ticket+80sightseeing ticket.
In fact, it is best to have two days to visit Daocheng. One day is always not enough, but this time the focus is on Tibet, so Daocheng only visited the main attractions.
Under the guidance of Master Dabai, we went to the ticket office to buy a ticket and take a special bus. Pass Longtong Dam, Zhaguan Beng, Chonggu Temple, and finally the Sanshen Mountain that cannot be missed.
Xiannairi, Xia Luoduoji, Yang Maiyong.
There are also Pearl Sea, Zhagu Temple and Luorong Cow Farm.

I saw the big turn in the Jinsha River and stopped to take photos for a long time.

At this time, I just look forward to getting to Tibet as soon as possible. I'm so lazy that I don't even think about driving.

Mangkang-stay

day6

Discuss with two young ladies who have never been here whether the place we want to go to today is 八su or 八xiu.

The three of us agreed that it was xiu.

Unexpectedly, after searching Baidu, it turned out to be eightsu. Manually laugh and cry.

It seems that the place names in Tibetan areas cannot be guessed based on common sense. Anyway, I can't figure it out even after guessing.

What impressed me most that day was Nujiang72guai.

I was so dizzy sitting there.

There may be some reasons for high reflexes, and I ran out of motion sickness medicine a few days ago. I can only tolerate motion sickness this time, so I must bring all the necessary medicines for long-distance travel without fear of trouble...

Basu-Bomi

day7

It's finally here.

The mood is undoubtedly exciting.

But because I was suffering from altitude sickness, I controlled my desire to have fun.

I particularly like the sky here. Ranwu Lake is so beautiful, but I heard that Yanghu Lake is the most beautiful place in the world, so I didn’t want to act like I haven’t seen the world, so I didn’t even pick up my camera during the whole process. Then I went to Yanghu Lake and found that Ranwu Lake was not as good as Yanghu Lake. Not inferior.

Then we went to Midui Glacier, which is said to be the glacier with the lowest altitude and the most beautiful glacier in the country. It really deserves its reputation.

Bomi-Sosong Village

day8

Linzhi is really beautiful! What a nice view! What a nice view!

Totally lived up to expectations! Like the fairy tale world written by Hayao Miyazaki, like the paradise in ancient paintings! In short, all beautiful adjectives can be applied to her!

[Travel Notes] 318 Complete Guide to Tibet. The most beautiful scenery on the Sichuan-Tibet Line is here.

This is a route map I found online at that time. The peach blossoms bloom at different times in different locations.

For example The peach blossoms in Gala Peach Blossom Village will bloom in mid-March, while Suosong Village will have to wait until late March. So don’t think that your visit is in vain if you can’t see peach blossoms outside. If you go deeper into the village, you can definitely see it!

Brahmaputra River-Lhasa

day9

The Yarlung Zangbo River, from the Himalayas elegant The mountain flows from west to east in the southern part of the roof of the world, creating the world's largest canyon. —— Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon.

This canyon is known as the last secret place of mankind.

I remember reading an article about the Brahmaputra Gorge in elementary school. The accompanying photos showed dense jungles, rushing rivers, and exotic flowers everywhere, so I was very yearning for it before I came here.

There are still some peach blossoms on the river bank.

After visiting Brahmaputra and Basongtso today, we arrived in Lhasa.

Lhasa-Yanghu

10

If you have the energy to go out to Lhasa in the evening, you can go out for fun. There are many pilgrims and pilgrims on the way. You can buy a cup of butter tea and walk around to experience the local culture.

I heard that the Potala Palace no longer charges entrance fees. It is worth going in to see it. It is magnificent, with all kinds of gold. Anyway, you have money... Unfortunately, you are not allowed to take pictures, so you can only go in and see it by yourself.

By the way, try not to buy Lhasa’s medicinal materials and Dzi Beads and Bodhi Seeds. Things like these in scenic spots have changed their taste and are expensive.

There is also Yang Lake.

The gems embedded in the vast earth are very pure blue, as if transparent, and like a emerald blue ribbon, blown by the wind and drifting into the distance. The weather was very good when I went there, and I couldn't bear to leave while being exposed to the sun at the observation deck.

The end is also a new beginning

The ten-day trip is over. I have booked my ticket home.
Traveling is addictive. Just imagine, you traveled 2,000 kilometers, saw countless scenery, met so many lovely people by chance, and finally returned home alone, continuing to live a life of two points and one line in the reinforced concrete jungle. What a gap. Still quite big.
So this year I am already planning to go to Tibet for the second time ~!
When you are young, you should be crazy, be pretentious, and just leave. Anyway, I can still walk. Otherwise, when I am old and blind and leaning on a cane, how will I remember the past?
Because this nearly perfect trip laid a good foundation, I later went to many places alone. Of course, these are all things for a later time. I really don’t know when I will finish writing these travel notes.
The original intention of writing travel notes is to record it, and also to give some help to those who want to go later. I hope it can help everyone.
